Abducted by the Daleks is a 2005 UK adult action horror by Roman Nowicki Starring Katarzyna Zelnik, Eliza Borecka and Sonja Karina
Never cut by film censors but the title was banned after legal action by the Terry
Nation estate who asserting that the estates owns the copyright on Daleks and that it denied permission for the Daleks IP to be used for an adult film. The director of the estate, Tim Hancock, told the Sun: ' It's simple,
Daleks do not do porn'. The result was that the film was retitled to Abducted by the Daloids.

2015 cinema release
The BBFC commented:
This film was originally seen for advice. The company was advised the likely classification was 15 but that their preferred 12A could be achieved by reducing the quantity of strong language. When the film was submitted for formal
classification, the number of uses of strong language had been reduced and the film was therefore classified 12A.
Absolutely Anything offended 22 viewers for it's 6 'fucks' in a 12 rated film. The BBFC commented in its 2015 Annual Report:
Absolutely Anything attracted complaints because of strong language and sex references.
The distributor reduced the frequency of strong language in the film following advice prior to the film's submission to the BBFC for formal classification. The film originally contained over 20 uses of strong language.
The 12A
version of the film contains six uses of strong language (f**k) and some moderate and mild bad language. The language in Absolutely Anything was therefore within the Guidelines at 12A. Nevertheless, 22 members of the public complained about the number of
uses of the F word as well as some references to sex.

Absurd is a 1981 Italy horror by Joe D'Amato (as Peter Newton). Starring George Eastman, Annie Belle and Charles Borromel.
BBFC cuts were required for an 18 rated 1983 cinema release. Later banned as a video nasty in 1983. The BBFC waived their cuts for an uncut 18 rated home video release in 2017. Uncut and MPAA Unrated in the US. There also exists an
extended version in Belgium with additional dialogue and an extended scene.
Summary Review: Halloween-esque
Monster Hunter is the Halloween-esque 'sequel' to 1981's insomniac's dream Anthropophagous
. This time around D'Amato brings to us a sense of pace, making Monster Hunter much more enjoyable.
The added gore (including an ultra-torturous scene involving an oven) and cool electronic music score is a nice bonus.
The story brings back George Eastman as our favorite cannibal, this time somewhere in the US being hunted by a priest.
A bit boring at times but Eastman's presence is over powering and the end involving a
'vegetable' overcoming her disabilities to face the beast is fairly ironic.

The same cuts apply to all UK releases:
Cuts have been applied to the scene where a rat is dipped in supposedly breathable liquid. The BBFC claim cruelty to animals in the making of the scene but the director claims that several different rats were used to ensure that none suffered.
The BBFC commented about the legalities
The issue for consideration was whether in the Board's view, the sequence contravened The Cinematograph Films (Animals) Act 1937. Specifically whether it was organised or directed
for the purpose of the film in a way that involved cruelty to the rats (five of which were used in the sequence). The RSPCA's advice was that it did contravene the act.
At the time of the original cinema release a film shown in theaters wasn't supposed to cross the 135 minute barrier and so Cameron had to trim his movie down. Many scenes shedding more light on the characters have been removed.
However, the most important missing scene is the weather changes and the participation of the NTI's in them (when Bud is aboard the NTIs' vessel). This sequence alone lasts more then five minutes and includes a spectacular scene with a tsunami 1000 feet
high.
After Cameron was able to release Aliens in an extended version in 1992 he followed with the release of the Special Edition version of The Abyss in 1993. He recovered his favorite version. Missing visual effects shots, like
the wave, were finished. Thanks to the new scenes, who point towards the danger of WWIII, the movie becomes a different, more serious tone und also explains the NTIs' actions.

Summary Review: One of the craziest
movies
This is definitely one of the craziest movies I've ever seen. A wild Mixture of Action and Splatters cenes, combined with crazy Humour, funny dialogues and very strange Actors.
The Plot is told with a few sentences: Women gets kidnapped by a group of crippled Terrorists, known as "Accion Mutante". On the way to the planet Axturias, the group gets decimated by their own leader. Finally all the
survivors meet again - the final clash marks the curious culmination of a curious film.
In my Opinion, Alex de la Iglesia has done a very good job - it's an excellent film, a macabre Masterpiece beside the Mainstream.

Obviously the characters are youngsters, but we felt that this series didn't have the kind of appeal that say Akira or even Crying Freeman had for a

The cuts as described by a BBFC examiner:
Let me show you a scene we cut from Adventure Duo which features teenage heroes who get into all sorts of adventures, yet the film also contains very
realistic portrayals of sex including autoeroticism and sexual assault. This is from Adventure Duo 2 which is set in Japan during the Second World War. We are introduced to an impotent scientist whose wife is sexually frustrated and the episode starts
with her masturbating in a highly realistic and sexually arousing fashion. Her husband interrupts her and she asks him to make love to her but he refuses and goes back to his laboratory. A few minutes later a group of soldiers arrive and decide to
humiliate the scientist by raping his wife in front of him. It's one of the longest, strongest and highly realistic rape scenes I have ever seen in Japanese animation. And what the Board found particularly worrying is that this woman is forced to admit
to the rapist that she is enjoying the experience. And when the woman finally orgasms there's no doubt that the underlying message is that women can enjoy rape as long as it's done well.
And in cutting this scene, we're making a decision about the presentation of sexual violence across the board, whether the audience is 18 or 80. It was our view that even if this material isn't corrupting underage viewers, current social attitudes
dictate that this kind of sexual violence is unacceptable. Not only does the law compel us to censor material, public opinion does as well, and public opinion is something we monitor very closely.

The BBFC cut the 2008 cinema release: Company chose to remove a background use of strong language in order to obtain a 'PG' classification. An uncut '12A' classification was available.
The BBFC explained the PG certificate:
A double bill of documentaries dealing with ecological issues. The first deals with the community of Bristol Bay in Alaska and their objections to the creation of a copper and gold mine. The
second deals with two kayakers travelling across the country using used oil instead of petrol for fuel. The film was passed PG for mild language and a mild drug reference.
BBFC Guidelines at PG allow mild
bad language , in this case ass and screw (this up) . The film also includes a passing mention of LSD but this occurs in the context of a song lyric playing over the end credits ( I once heard a man talk with his heart about
the Lord and the army and LSD ) and is therefore considered innocuous and undetailed enough for PG .
The film also contains some natural footage of a bear catching a live salmon, which is seen flapping on the
ground before being eaten.

Cuts as
described by a BBFC examiner: When the Board first saw The Adventures of Kekkou Kamen, we were quite taken aback as we hadn't seen anything like it before. The series directly associates comedy with
violence and sexualised violence. It features a naked superheroine who goes around with only a hood on beating up the bad guys with nunchakus, which are illegal weapons in this country. Though we allowed some scenes to remain in which Kekkou was just
holding nunchakus, if a scene glamourised and promoted their use, then it became a problem and was cut.
The other, more troubling issue with Kekkou Kamen is that it is a comedy which has
at its heart a sort of sexualised violence. This scene was cut from the first episode . It's where a group of sadistic schoolteachers make jokes at the expense of a young girl who is hung up and then whipped and tortured by a sadistic Nazi. This is the
crux of the sequence, where the girl is stripped with a whip and we get an eroticised view of her breasts and naked torso. This is very over the top and is meant to be a satire on the Japanese education system, but our feeling was that there was enough
explicit sexual imagery to undercut the satire and introduce an element of arousal and titillation, which is reinforced by the change of music

Summary Review: Indiscriminate extermination
From the producers of the Mondo Canes comes this violent document of a continent in transition; the change from white colonialism to independent black statehood. Often times, this
resulted in the wholesale massacre of thousands of people and the indiscriminate extermination of wild life. Captured on film are mercenary killer squads wiping out entire villages, executions, Mau-Mau massacres and more!
This
documentary proves one thing and one thing only. Humans are the sickest and cruelest animals on the planet.

Jill Soloway had a film come out this year called Afternoon Delight. The movie stars Kathryn Hahn as Rachel, a stay-at-home mom who meets
McKenna, sex worker played by Juno Temple. As you can imagine, the premise gives rise to some racy situations (at least, by old-fogey-MPAA lights, anyway). And when Soloway went through the MPAA ratings process, she told me, she was forced to cut
quite a bit from certain scenes. In one case, she had to cut words, or expressions of enjoyment --- oh yeah type-stuff --- from a scene in which Rachel watches McKenna do her job. They wanted it to be less intense, less uncomfortable, Soloway says.
And I went crazy trying to get that done. In another, there was a problem with the length--- which was under ten seconds--- of a silhouetted sex scene, which was apparently too much for the MPAA folk.
Soloway Said: Director friends of mine said, 'Let it be NC-17,' what do you care?
But she had a contract with a distributor, and the contract said that she had to deliver an R-rated picture, so she ended up making cuts she didn't like.
When asked if she had any opportunity for a back-and-forth with the
MPAA, on any of the cuts they asked for on Afternoon Delight, Soloway replied:
Yes. They just said, too sexually intense. Tony and Joan [Hey and Graves] are nice people, I like them. And you know, when I showed
the film at Sundance, I also felt like some scenes were too intense, and I cut them down a little myself for the theatrical version before the MPAA even got involved. Which I sort of regret, because this is a political process and in a way if I had
started with a more intense version I could have kept in what I wanted in the end, maybe.
The fact is that when I watch the movie now and I experience that scene, something is materially missing. The [MPAA's] cuts ended up making
that scene worse in a way that I can feel--- or rather, I miss what I used to feel--- when watching it. The movie is not as good with those cuts.
