The bar applied to extend Monday to Wednesday opening hours to 3am. This is being opposed by Scotland's Director of Public Health, Margaret Somerville, on the seemingly unconnected
basis of an upfront payment for the dancers to work in the bar being exploitative
The extended hours were agreed by the council.
